As the COVID-19 pandemic progresses across the world, Emergency Medicine for Africa is responding. We are finding new ways to deploy our experience and Community partners to help the most vulnerable people in the regions we serve.
Emergency Medicine for Africa has launched a COVID-19 Emergency Cash to provide unconditional cash payments to communities in the most vulnerable areas in Africa. The cash relief will give them the possibility of getting the emergency supplies they need to face this pandemic-- face masks, gloves, food, clean water, soap, hand sanitizer gel , housing relief , just to name a few.
